This loan will be extended for Home Construction on Self–Owned Plot. Disbursement will be based on the stage of construction.
COMPOSITE LOANS
This loans will be extended for purchase of plot from individuals/builder/society and for Home Construction on Plot. First Disbursement will be for buying plot and subsequent based on the stage of construction.
IMPROVEMENT / EXTENSION LOANS
This loan is offered to customers for the renovation / extension of their own homes with an objective to provide better living conditions for the family and may be availed for repairs/renovation/extensions and other related improvements in the home.
